Return Policy

1. Introduction
This Return Policy explains your rights and our procedures for returning products and requesting refunds when you purchase from Xarlenoxvit via the website https://xarlenoxvit.ddd. We are based in Australia and this policy is designed to comply with Australian consumer law and, where applicable, distance-selling and consumer rights in other jurisdictions we serve.

2. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a remedy if goods are not of acceptable quality, do not match their description, do not fit their purpose, or do not match a sample or demonstration. Depending on the nature of the failure, you may be entitled to:
- Major failure: you can reject the goods and choose a refund or replacement. A refund must be given in the same form as your payment (e.g. back to your card) and we may need to arrange return of the goods.
- Minor failure: we may offer to repair or replace the goods. If we cannot do so within a reasonable time, you may reject the goods and obtain a refund.
These rights cannot be excluded by contract. Nothing in this Return Policy limits your statutory rights under the ACL or other applicable law.
3. Change of mind (voluntary returns)
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 14-day change-of-mind return for most products purchased through our Website. This means you may return an item in its original, unused and resaleable condition (with original packaging where practicable) within 14 days of delivery, without having to give a reason, and receive a refund of the purchase price (excluding original delivery cost unless we agree otherwise).
Conditions:
- The product must be returned within 14 calendar days of the date you received it.
- The product must be unused, unopened (or as otherwise agreed) and in resaleable condition with original packaging where applicable.
- You must contact us first to obtain a return authorisation and the correct return address. Returns sent without authorisation may be delayed or refused.
- You are responsible for the cost of returning the product unless we have agreed to bear that cost (e.g. in case of our error or a faulty product). We recommend using a trackable delivery method.
We reserve the right to refuse a change-of-mind return if the product has been used, opened (where not allowed), damaged or is not in resaleable condition. We may deduct from the refund an amount reflecting any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the product.
4. Faulty or misdescribed products
If you believe the product is faulty, damaged on arrival, or does not match the description, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and, if possible, photos or a description of the issue. We will assess the situation and, where appropriate under the ACL or this policy, offer a repair, replacement or refund. We may ask you to return the product for inspection; in the case of a major failure or our error, we will typically cover the cost of return. Refunds for faulty or misdescribed goods will include any delivery charge you paid for the initial delivery.
5. How to return a product
- Contact us: Email support@xarlenoxvit.world (or use the contact details above) with your order number, the product(s) you wish to return and the reason (e.g. change of mind, fault).
- Return authorisation: We will confirm whether the return is accepted and provide you with a return authorisation reference and the address to which to send the product. Do not send products without this authorisation.
- Pack and send: Pack the product securely, ideally in its original packaging. Include your name, order number and return authorisation reference inside the package. Send the package to the address we provided, using a trackable method if possible. Keep proof of postage.
- Inspection and refund: Once we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you of the outcome. If the return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within the timeframe set out below. If we reject the return (e.g. product used or damaged), we will explain why and, where applicable, return the product to you at your cost.
6. Refund processing time
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of our receiving the returned product (or, where no return is required, within 14 days of our agreeing to the refund). The refund will be made to the same payment method you used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account (e.g. 5–10 business days). We are not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions.
7. Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we may not accept returns of certain items once the seal has been broken (e.g. opened supplement bottles), except where the product is faulty or not as described. If in doubt, contact us before returning. Your statutory rights under the ACL always apply where the goods have a major failure or do not meet consumer guarantees.
8. International orders
If you are located outside Australia, the same 14-day change-of-mind and faulty-product principles generally apply, subject to any different requirements in your country. You are responsible for return postage and any customs or import charges on the returned goods unless we agree otherwise. Refunds will be in the currency and method we used for the original transaction, unless we agree otherwise.
